We collect only what you give us: your name, email, phone number and project details submitted through our contact form or shared over email and WhatsApp. Our website also records anonymous usage analytics such as pages viewed and approximate region.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work and send occasional updates you have asked for. We never sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Client project data
When engaged, we process client systems and data strictly under the terms of the signed agreement and NDA, on a least-privilege basis, and only for the duration of the engagement.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for site functionality and privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic patterns. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to page content.
Data retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Project data is deleted or returned within 30 days of contract closure unless a longer statutory period applies.
